On a question, the comment panel is displayed on the right hand side.

• Grouped into Question/Conditional
  • Question at the top, then by the conditional with the most recent
• Most recent comments are at the top, then most recent reply at the bottom
  • older replies/comments are collapsed to make it easier to skim
• Comments added since you were last on the question page have a little circle over the profile image

Editor tops

• type / to see a list of styles to add (e.g. headings, lists)
• highlight text to see text formatting options

• ctrl + enter (mac **⌘** + enter ) to send
• paste links on text to convert it into a link
• type @ to either mention a conditional/person. If you mention a person, they will be notified when you post

Editor Markdown

A subset of markdown is supported when typing into the editor.

Note: there is an issue currently (June 27, 2023 ) that pasting markdown form raw text doesn’t become formatted. Pasting from notion works however.

Notifications

• You will receive a notification if someone replies to your comment, or if someone mentions you

Issues

• You can tag your top level comments with with issues statuses (Critical Issue Minor Issue Question ).
  • Issues for a conditional/question are displayed prominently in the panel and on the page
  • The question owner can resolve issues explicitly. By doing this formally it is less likely problems will go unaddressed

Comment Menu

When hovering on a question, a menu will appear at the bottom. Depending on if it is your comment you will see these different options:
