Access the user management page at Admin → Users
User management is separate for each workspace. So when you create a new workspace, you will need to add existing users as well as new ones.
Users can be assigned one or more roles (columns). This is is what they allow users to see/do in the app (rows):

These are links that can be used by anyone to gain access this workspace (they can even be forwarded on). They are good for when you don't have everyone's email (e.g. in a workshop). You can disable them at any time, and if the data is sensitive you should try and remember to do this after.

when enabled, the link will open immediately without needing any email or verification. Anonymous users will need to sign in (will prompt for email and then verification) to ensure they can continue with their forecasts/comments later on, or on another device.Once created, the invite link is listed below.
Open invite links are the easiest way to allow access to users when you don’t have a list of their emails in advance. It is less secure, so please only use if you don’t have emails.
Join code
This is good for users without access to a phone or don’t like QR codes. Go to join.swiftcentre.org and enter the code. Links to a question will have this code displayed on that questions results page.
Copy Link
Copy a link to the clipboard to paste in an email or wherever you want.
QR Code
This is a QR code representation of the invite link. Use the right click menu on the QR code to save or copy to then use in a PowerPoint or wherever you want.
note: if you change options, the link will change so make sure to update the QR code if you edit the link.

Invite users with via email. This is more secure than invite links and doesn't require a separate email verification step for the invited user.

Requesting
Requests from people who open a link within a workspace (e.g. a question) and they don’t have permission to it. This can be a user who hasn’t used Swift before, or something with access to another workspace but not this one.
The access request will appear in this list, and the workspace owner will receive a notification.
Responding to requests
All admins can view and respond to access requests.
