The swift app has different workspaces for different workshops and organizations. They each have independent users, profiles and questions - the only thing shared is the log-in details.

• You can use the same login details across all workspaces

Creating a Workspace

Admins of the global workspace have the ability to create new workspaces.

• Click the workspace in the top left to open the workspace menu
• Click the New Workspace button
• Enter the name & description & click create

• You will now be in the new workspace. Add new or existing users to this workspaces as normal

Managing Workspace

Go to Admin → Workspace to change workspace configuration.

• edit the name & description of the workspace
• Change Hide Identities

When enabled, this will change some behaviour in the app when you intent users real identities to remain hidden.
